I like the color
Long shorts are the way to go once you hit a certain age!
I have 1 pair of stone-colored chino shorts that long (longer, actually, because I’m so short), and I still wear them even though I have 2 others that are the shorter inseam. I can’t help it–in my town ALL the moms my age (even the super-cute, fit, tan, runner ones) wear shorts that length!
Love these shorts & the color. I’ve got to wear long shorts. My jello-y legs just aren’t in shape enough for shorter shorts.
I think it all depends upon the person wearing them, the color of the shorts, and what is worn with them. Go for it, Susan!
I have a pair of long shorts and they’re a great look for certain occasions. I hate sitting on bleachers in short shorts because my legs always stick to the hot metal. Long shorts to the rescue!
i bought a bunch of jcrew shorts on sale in the last few years-a few bermudas, a few shorter and i love wearing them! i started buying them when i realized i only had running shorts-nothing i could wear casually. i totally love them!
I actually like these better than the shorter shorts. They look great!
I agree that longer shorts are a must if you are of an age over 25! I am and as such I didn’t like my shorts yesterday – they ARE too short for me but I struggle as I’ve always worn short shorts – sigh http://www.avenue57.com/a57/look/1605/when-are-shorts-too-short.aspx
