A couple of years ago, I found myself going to conferences and being overwhelmed by gimmicky business cards. I was so tired of people handing me chocolate bars with their work info on the wrapper, or stickers with their URL. All of those things just wound up in my trash (after I ate the chocolate, natch) and they distracted from the idea that this was a business tool. So I opted for plain old fashioned business cards, with no flair or fun — just my name, email and web site address.
They were awful. Truly.
Recently I decided to chuck the boring cards and start over, and now I am totally in love with my new business cards. I mean, look at them! They’re so cute! But not in a weird gimmicky way. I hope.
I ordered my cards from Moo; they’re famous for their fab MiniCards. MiniCards are half the size of traditional business cards, but with the full impact. You can choose from one of Moo’s fantastic designs or upload your own — or create a text card with writing on one side and your contact info on the other, which is what I did.
I went with text cards because I liked the idea of mixing colors and phrases; the cards were incredibly easy to design, even though I’m not a designer, and they feel super personal, because those are really my words. Plus they’re really really cute. Seriously.
I think you need your own Moo cards — order now and take an extra 10% off. Easy, cute AND affordable. You can’t pass that up.

That’s funny; I just (a couple of months ago) ordered similar mini business cards from Zazzle. I love mine, too! Great designs and adorable little size.
These are awesome. Also, how can you not love a company named moo! and a post with the same title.
I love Moo too! I did my novel cover on the front , and different pull quotes from the book on the back, and used them as codes for secret pages on my web site. They are so fun and different.
Just ordered myself some Moo cards! Thanks for the discount Susan
Novel idea! Will be checking out Moo for sure. Thanks for sharing.
Love these and love Moo. Makes me want to order even more – and I haven’t even used up the last set!
My daughter got cards from Moo when she moved to a new city and started grad school. She hands them out to people she is meeting and also for contact-y stuff.
