I am totally in love with this Splendid scarf; it’s made of the softest jersey fabric ever, and is the perfect size and weight and color.
Unfortunately, I can’t find this scarf online anywhere just now, but I’ll keep looking because you all need one. Mine came from Uptown Kids (thank you!) so if you’re in Oklahoma City, stop in and pick one up — they’re at Classen Curve, with some other super great local businesses. The scarf also comes in pink and purple; I had a hard time choosing which color I wanted, honestly. It’s the perfect summer-to-fall transition piece, lightweight and easy to wear. And it’s such a nice pop of color.
Although I kind of want a pink one now, too …

Someone else just asked me that recently, and I’m totally blanking on the color name. I *think* it’s Vintage Gray — I know it’s Eddie Bauer Home, from Lowe’s. Our dining room and office are both that color, and we love it.

OK, so, that scarf also: a.) is the perfect length. I have tons of long ones and I LOVE ones that look like this for a change of pace, and b.) has that great straight edge at the ends that I LOVE. Again, I have tons of fringey or ruffly ended scarves. I want one like THIS. Straight bottoms. Perfect.
